Niki turns 40 and Poli turns 38 — 78 years between them.
We're celebrating — and we'd be genuinely delighted if you came and celebrated these three golden days with us. Friday 2 — Sunday 4 October 2026, with a frankly unreasonable amount of tavernákis, ouzákis and kafekis.
Come and celebrate with us
Two birthdays landed three days apart, so we did the only sensible thing: we turned them into one long weekend in Athens.
We are celebrating — and nothing would make us happier than having you there for it. Three golden days: a long Friday table, a night at the bouzoukákis, a slow Saturday through the old streets, and a Sunday that asks absolutely nothing of you.
Bring yourselves and an appetite. We have taken care of the rest.
Νίκος & ΠολίναOne of us hits forty.
The other hits thirty-eight.
01Niki
Νίκος
Turns forty and point-blank refuses to do it quietly. Picked the city, booked the tables, and is guarding one address like a state secret.
02Poli
Πολίνα
Turns thirty-eight three days later — which is precisely the excuse we needed to stretch one dinner into an entire weekend.

A short dictionary
of the weekend
By Saturday everyone ends up talking like this anyway. Consider it a head start.
A long table, far too many small plates, and a bill that mysteriously never reaches you. Friday, 20:30.
The small glass that goes cloudy with water and quietly turns Friday into Saturday.
The room where nobody sits down. Live band, flowers on the stage, arithmetic at 3am.
A two-hour coffee that was never, at any point, actually about the coffee.
Saturday's rescue operation. Paid for. Location classified until we're standing outside it.
Not a joke — an actual word, in Greek and in Bulgarian. Someone who does everything with love. Be one.
Three days,
loosely enforced
Nothing here is compulsory except turning up. Everything marked On us is already paid for.
Wheels up from Sofia
Aegean, direct, no messing about. On the ground in Athens at 16:55.
Vans to the apartmentsOn us
Ours, both ways. They'll be waiting at arrivals with your names. Check in, drop the bags, wash the flight off.
TavernákisOn us
The official opening ceremony. Long table, too much food, the first eleven toasts. Don't eat at the airport.
BouzoukákisOn us
Live band, flowers on the stage, nobody sitting down. This is the bit you'll be recovering from at brunch.
BrunchákisOn us
One of Niki's favourite places in Athens. He has been asked four times and is still not saying which one.
Athens on foot
The centre, the old streets, the good corners. Kafekis first, then something considerably colder.
Dinner, round two
Somewhere good. We'll argue it out pleasantly over the afternoon coffees.
A bar, obviously
One drink. Allegedly. Historically inaccurate.
Gloriously nothingFree time
Sleep in, swim, shop, or sit in a square doing absolutely nothing. Nobody is organising you today.
Lunch somewhere good
We'll have a place lined up. Turn up if you're hungry.
To the airportOn us
Our vans again, door to terminal. Wheels up 19:15, back in Sofia by 20:30 — ruined, but happy.
One song
to set the mood
The one that will be playing when the bouzoukákis really gets going, and the one at least four of us will be murdering in the van on Sunday morning. Learn the chorus now and thank us later.
What it costs you
No envelopes, no surprises, no awkward arithmetic at the end of the weekend. Here it is in full.
On us
Vans waiting for you at arrivals on Friday, and back to the airport on Sunday evening. You will not touch a taxi app.
The long table and every single thing on it. Do not eat at the airport.
The whole party — the room, the band, the flowers, start to bitter end.
At the place we are still refusing to name. Come hungry and slightly fragile.
That is the complete list: transfers both ways, Friday dinner, the bouzoukákis and Saturday brunch. Flights, the apartment and the rest of the eating and drinking are yours.
On you
≈ €170 per person, return. Booked by you, on aegeanair.com.
€100 per night, per couple. €200 for the two nights.
Saturday kafekis, drinks, dinner and the bar. Sunday lunch. Whatever you pick up along the way.

We have to confirm the apartments and the tables, so please don't leave us guessing. Two clicks and you're done — and yes, a no is a perfectly good answer.
